I purchased two pallet racks from Linsy, Drove them 70 Miles to our garage to assemble them and noticed one of the pieces was the wrong size. Called her and she remembered my purchase and drove to my house to exchange the 4 foot end piece for the correct 3 1/2 foot end piece that I needed, Then to top it off, she did not like the condition of the used ones I bought so she gave me a brand spanking new one and delivered!! Now that’s Customer Service, highly recommend these folks to do business with!
They Had the racks in stock for a fair price and was able to deliver them quickly for a fair price I will definitely call them again
