If I could give zero stars I would. My dad was diagnosed with lung cancer and this oncologist completely ghosted us for over 6 weeks. We called and tried to contact him about his condition and stage and treatment options multiple times and received zero information from this doctor. I have never encountered a doctor who completely ignores requests and messages from family as well as nurses during my dad’s hospital stay. We have a referral for a different oncologist. Stay away from this one.
Dr. Triplett I highly recommend. His concern for my friend was real. Great eye contact. He wanted to know the patients 3 biggest concerns for his stage 4 colon cancer. He spent 45 minutes not 4 or 5. I feel encouraged, while I know doug is terminal, he will receive a palliative care fron this doctor and clinic.
Wouldn’t recommend to someone with genetic cancer who cares about staying alive
