I looked through a 5 bedroom truck level due to the fact I have to take my mother in, I was told at the showing they would work with my situation that I honestly and thoroughly explained. Ms, D*****, You were told ahead of time what the qualifications were before you applied. You admitted you owed a past landlord a large amount of money. You informed us you did not meet the credit qualifications. We told you several times that once you provided us with proof that the debt to another landlord had been paid we would be happy to move forward. Worst company to rent from. They hang up on their residents.

You and your partner have been extremely verbally abusive to our staff and maintenance people. You were warned that if you continued to scream and call names the call would be terminated. Furthermore, the incident of which you accused of "lying", and that the HVAC company denies, happened before we took over management of the property. We were not aware of it until we contacted the HVAC company and they explained the situation.
Worst company to rent from. They hang up on their residents.

Renters Beware, Wertz Reality is not a good place to go when looking to rent your next apartment or house. They don't use competent maintenance personnel or keep up on appearence/functionality of the property with routine maintenance. The apartments are very outdated & very inefficient, Windows are held together with duck tape & Not sealed properly causing Mold inside around the window sill (same issue around the sliding door)/electrical wiring & outlets are Not to code and pose Fire Hazard/Entry doors with chipped & missing... read more
i def wouldnt rent any apartments on benchwood i lived there for over a year when we first moved inthe carpet was stained pretty bad, the tiles in the bedroom was tore up and and coming up, i think the grass was cut maybe 4 times the entire time we were ther grass was always high but it was pretty cheap and all we could afford at the time, now theyre suin me for over 1000 got the list on its way(which this is my third time asking them) cant wait to see that! after our lease was up they didnt waste any time on jackin the rent... read more
