I was hired by Sophia Sum, the office Paralegal, to serve documents on their behalf. Her instructions were to serve one individual in Idaho. She did not give any special instructions, so I delivered the documents and sent her the affidavit with my invoice. She then denied payment for my services stating that the wrong person was served. I sent her a copy of IDAHO LAW and explained to her the serve was good.
