We lived in Hays from 2014-2016. Werth Rentals was our only landlord. Chris is such a wonderful person. She helped us move into one of their bigger units when we outgrew the basically 1 bedroom apartment we were in. She also tried to work with me on finding an open unit they manage that would allow pets because I was very desperate to get one, but we left town before that was able to happen.
