Werth already deleted my review on Yelp, so here I am, posting everywhere else so people can see something other than just positive reviews. In my opinion after what I've experienced with this company, houses you rent will not be taken care of. I just recently moved out of 1632 N Santa Rita Ave Unit 1. This is a house that Werth knew absolutely nothing about because all they cared about was renting it out rather than spending some time to fix its many problems.
