The Sales person Adnan and the service manager did a great job to keep me happy and assisted me with my new Renault Traffic Van. He was doing more than just normal duties to help me and his staff worked overtime to help me out. Good customer service and immediate response to every query asked. However not dealt with service team yet so can't give a feed back on that.

Took renault van to Werribee renault service centre in Morris Rd only to be told by Ben that they are not taking bookings? Ben was short, abrupt and rude and said take it somewhere else??
Absolutely hopeless, wanted to a booking to service ( First annual ) for my Renault Koleos , I am told to wait more than 2 months and go else where !!!!
Ramzi and the team were amazing to deal with. I recommend seeing Ramzi if your looking for a new car.
