We had a great stay at this hotel. The receptionist was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the overall service was excellent. Highly recommended!
The most welcoming,friendly staff I have ever encountered.The room was spotless and featured a wonderfully comfortable bed with foxtel and fantasic shower en suite etc.Centrally located..the perfect position..could not recommend more highly .
What an absolutely rude person the manager is. She definitely needs to be taught how to talk to potential customers! Booked a room back in July on my way to Melbourne from Adelaide, paid $155 for a room, couple hours later, my van broke down, I’ve called the motel to hopefully get refunded but was told that if she can rent the room that night, she will proceed with the refund, apparently she didn’t, I can’t confirm that. We had a large group booked pretty last minute, as we were struggling to find accommodation that could fit all of us. Werribee Park Motor Inn was reasonably priced, and the reception staff were amazing—so easy to deal with, friendly, and genuinely caring. The rooms were neat, tidy, and modern. We also loved that all our rooms were close together. The owner (I believe) was incredible—approachable, accommodating to any of our needs, and made us feel like we were dealing with a friend. Travelled for a Hospital Visit and required Stay either side over a 2 week period. Very clean, Neat, Tidy and well Run. Nothing is too big or too small an issue and are very accommodating and very helpful! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in this area. Easy Access to Local Shops/Supermarkets, Close to the Highway and Quiet.
