Very professional people in service and thanks to Guthrie (sorry if misspelt) as she has been wonderful and loan me a nice car which I am now thinking of upgrading. Not many customers are happy when it comes to service and if you will read reviews, all hail to sales department but no on much on service department. But, Guthrie has gone through every items needing to be done at my car with clarity and service was done in half a day having major part replaced. Excellent car and service, at Werribee car dealer.
Phillipe from Werribee Nissan was great from the start and he went through everything from finance to all the features of the car with honesty. Even when the cars delivery date was pushed back a fair bit, he explained it thoroughly. I would definitely purchase a car from him again.
