Rude Staff. The guy didn't seem to want to help me, he just wanted to judge me for not knowing more about my current machine. In my experience, staff should be willing to help and understand their customers with patience. The attitude I got was more "what do you want" rather than "how can I help you" and it really ruined my experience. I'm not sure I'll come back.
THE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE IVE HAD IN THE WESTERN SUBURBS. Very disappointed with the service I received from Paul at STIHL Shop Werribee. I went in for help feeding and winding the line on my whipper snipper, however the line was not wound correctly and ended up unraveling, which resulted in me wasting an entire spool of line.
