After 2 trips to their store, still didn't have all the order parts. The parts they did provide were nearly twice what was quoted. I try to support local but if thats the service received then much easier to order online and pricing online was cheaper.
These guys are awesome , customer service to the next level , always stock the items you need at great prices
Took almost 3 weeks to repair a mower, no quote or update, just a bill for almost a new machine!!
From the moment I walked in with a gifted second hand Stihl whipper snipper, that I had minimal knowledge about, these guys have been FANTASTIC! The price of the servicing was realistic and reasonable, but the time these guys took to explain how everything worked and why, is priceless! I’ve always felt welcomed, even when I turn up or call with the silliest of questions. They’re a great knowledgeable group of guys who are more than willing to share their expertise. DON’T BOTHER LOOKING ELSEWHERE! 10/10⭐️
