I can’t fault Paul and the excellent customer service I received this week :) He was kind and obliging and went way beyond to help me with the product I wished to purchase. Highly recommended!
The best people, the best service.
Came in to get fuel line replaced for a product they don’t sell, only cost $5 and staff were super friendly and went out of there way to make sure i had the right item.
Always a pleasure dealing with Paul and Ron !! Friendly and expert advise !! Thanks Guys 👌
Rude Staff. The guy didn't seem to want to help me, he just wanted to judge me for not knowing more about my current machine. In my experience, staff should be willing to help and understand their customers with patience. The attitude I got was more "what do you want" rather than "how can I help you" and it really ruined my experience. I'm not sure I'll come back.
