Terry has worked on my 2018 KTM Superduke multiple times. Old school service, knows his stuff, and takes pride in his work. Also seeing the shop dog Sam his German Shepherd is always a bonus. Highly recommended
It’s a good place to find specific KTM parts, or parts for a few other brands, if you’re in this part of the city. Unfortunately, the customer service is pretty poor. The staff lack basic courtesy and don’t seem very interested in helping with advice or recommendations. It’s the kind of place where you need to arrive already knowing exactly what you need, ideally with the part number and confirmation they have it in stock. Hi do you have a ktm 65
Went in with my son and his mate, for some help regarding there motorised bike and a throttle cable. The response of the worker was “Why would I waste my time, it’s not a ktm product”His attitude was rude and was unwilling to help. Whether he had the product or not he still has the decency to respond in a professional and friendly manner. Would not be buying any new bikes or parts from this place.
