I recently had to finace a used car due to my previous one kickimg the bucket. I inquired about a Holden SS and was contacted by Dene (Absolute legend) He helped with all the info about the car and maintained great comunication from start to finish. I had such a great experience buying my new car with Dene Gregg. From start to finish, Dene was friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with every step. The car delivery was on time and perfect all handled by Tracey I just love her work. Dene and the whole team at Werribee Kia were exceptional from start to finish. What impressed us most about Dene was his commitment to the right outcome for our family in the car we purchased. At no point did we feel any pressure, but instead supported through the process of purchasing a new car! Great experience all round.
Came in to replace my written-off vehicle, returning as I had excellent service on my first visit. Dene Gregg helped me out hugely, helping me explore my options and ultimately helping me land an absolutely excellent deal on the K4 GT. He was an excellent help and everyone interacted with at Werribee Kia - Victoria, Tracy and Leonie - were all so helpful and pleasant to talk to throughout the whole process. Will definitely be coming back if I *knock on wood* need to get another vehicle in the future!
