Rude Front desk staff. Messed up my appointment no communication from Kia. Front desk staff Doesn't listen to customers, when asked questions I was asked to leave. Rediculous customer service what so ever.....

Do not go here even if your life depended on it. Not unless you're prepared to deal with the headaches. You're better off buying private without stat warranty because it's just as hard trying to get there dealer to cough up a warranty claim. Purchased a used GLC63S with only 45,000kms on it. The car came to me the way it was traded in. Untouched, not detailed and ran through. Had about 20 different employees names connected on the bluetooth like it was the town bike.
