I walked into Kia recently and wasn’t bombarded with sales people which was fantastic !!, after a bit of wandering I was approached by Ash - he was extremely helpful , friendly , not pushy at all & loads of knowledge, no question was too difficult , I purchased my very first hybrid - a Kia sportage , Thankyou to Ash & the team - highly recommend popping in to see them .
A big thank you to Ash from Sales and Suzie from after sales for the assistance in ou Kia Carnival, it was a great experience, they were very helpful and supportive during the process of trade in as well. Will definitely be returning in the future.
Paul was incredibly lovely and genuine to deal with when we visited Kia. Never once pushed us or made me feel obligated to go ahead with a deal I wasn’t 100% on. Even though we didn’t end up buying with Kia Werribee (not their fault just didn’t have what I was after) the experience was so pleasant I wanted to ensure a good review was left :)
Dene has been fantastic with the whole process of buying my Kia Sportage. He explained me all the pros and cons of all the models within Sportage as well as similar cars from the other brands and helped me make an informed decision. He also went above and beyond to ensure that everything related to the car i.e. the color, variant, price, delivery date, etc. was all as per my liking and comfort zone.
