What a great experience, from purchasing my used MUX, to them sorting out a brake issue that arose (that none of their service team had come across). Ebony kept me informed about the progress while they diagnosed the brake problem, I really couldn’t fault Werribee Isuzu’s customer service.
Only gave 4 because when we bought a new dmax xterrain at geelong Isuzu we got a full tank of fuel.we purchased a new mux xterrain 76k car and got 1/4 of a tank of fuel.other than that the experience was ok
Dom was absolutely amazing Very knowledable and helped me so much. Highly recommended if you go there ask for dom. Update Isuzu after care from service department was absolute junk terrible experience only reason this stays 5 star is due to dom.
