Stay away!!! Had a dash light fault they refused to look at the problem because I had a light bar fitted. Even when asked by Isuzu Australia they still refused. Took my dmax to Geelong Isuzu, fault fixed under warranty.
Poor sales service, went to them with what i wanted which vehicle, extras, trade in etc, couldn't get an answer out of them, played phone tennis with the a dozen times as I lived 2-1/2 hours away organised a day off work then to find out they sold the car I'd enquired on...unbelievable ! Could of a wasted a 5 hour round trip...
Excellent service from Jerome today. Terrific asset to Werribee Isuzu Service. Very, thorough and polite to the point that he followed up by phone within the hour to ensure that everything was in order and that there were no surprises when I drop the car in on Monday. Again, well done.
My wife and I purchased a MUX from Werribee Isuzu. Thomas was great to deal with and made us feel at ease with his sales approach there was no pressure, we negotiated a deal that we were happy with and he took us to the compound to make sure we could see the colour we wanted to purchase. He was very knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions. Riccardo was also very helpful and provided us wonderful handover, would happily recommend Werribee Isuzu.
