Liars, Crooks, and Deceptive Practices – Avoid Werribee Hyundai and Milan Vasic, Luke (used car sales manager)! I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I placed a deposit on a 2024 BMW X3 based on the promise of a 1-year BMW manufacturer warranty, plus a 3-year extended warranty from the dealership. If I could give zero I would. Avoid these guys the dodgiest I've ever dealt with. Put hundreds of kms on your car before delivery joy riding, don't do servicing as required, don't do detailing as required, and don't even give you roadworthy. Chasing them for weeks noone calls you back just worst customer service of any business. Its just bs after bs and good luck getting past front reception. Hyundai Head office wont touch them, they're just as bad. Rotten throughout. Basically a bunch of a-holes. Should have their licence ... read more
