This is a scam!!!! I called and they do not sell parts and now I’m getting nonstop calls from around the country to try to send out a technician.
I called 12/12/23 at 9AM and first spoke with Wes who then transferred me to Jason. I called for info on build and install of walk in freezer. Jason was really kind and I can tell he knows his stuff so I felt confident that I found a good company. I gave him the dimensions of the room for the freezer that would need built with a pallet door. We discussed a ramp in and out and all the details. He was supposed to get me a quote by Friday, 12/15/23 and I did not receive anything. I called again today, Tuesday 12/19/23 at 10AM, ... read more

Wernli does regular freezer maintenance at our site. Their techs are great. They're always super attentive and are very prompt in finding the issue and addressing it quickly. We always know when disaster strikes that they'll swoop in and save the day.
