This is a scam!!!! I called and they do not sell parts and now I’m getting nonstop calls from around the country to try to send out a technician.
I called 12/12/23 at 9AM and first spoke with Wes who then transferred me to Jason. I called for info on build and install of walk in freezer. Jason was really kind and I can tell he knows his stuff so I felt confident that I found a good company. I gave him the dimensions of the room for the freezer that would need built with a pallet door. We discussed a ramp in and out and all the details.
