I contacted my strata to request building plumber to come out to fix clogged sink. Before they came, I had cleaned the P-strap but didn't have the auger to clean anything deeper. When they came, the plumbers said they were booked only for a drain cleaning, and therefore, won't deal with the grease buildup. Excuse me? I booked you to fix the problem. You want me to book you for another service trip to fix that actual problem and pay 2x? Horrible, greedy. DO NOT USE.
