We recently had an issue with our AC unit, and Ross was dispatched to help us. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and took the time to actually listen to our concerns. While our problem could have easily been dismissed as "just how the system works," Ross went above and beyond. He made calls, sat on the phone with support, and read manuals until he figured out exactly how to stop the fan from running constantly. I just wanted to send a note to give a special shout out to Karam and Jag! They were so helpful and professional when solving our garburator disposal problems this weekend and today. Not only did they fix our problem, but they went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable during the process and that it won’t happen again. They were punctual and tidy as well.
