Poor experience, Poor customer service and Extremely rude . Our strata should've read the comments before using this company . I will kick them out of our unit and won't provide access. Wsm should make sure their employees knows the difference b/w hot and cold water. Talk about mannerism and common sense , non existent . Out of my unit .
Do not use this company! They charge a $432 home visit and truck fee without informing you. If you read more reviews, you'll find that they have done this to many customers. What greedy people! They also do not disclose their charges before coming. I emailed them the model number and the faulty part, asking if they could replace it. They responded that they needed to come and take a look first. After their inspection, they told me they had to replace the entire unit because they did not have the specific part in stock. Strata needed to do some work in our bathroom and WSM was hired to do the work. They finished the work and damaged multiple places in our unit. They sent their plumber to the unit to see the damages and clean up as they had made a mess. When they send a plumber to do the cleaning, it shows how they operate their business. A professional cleaning company should've been hired to do the cleaning, not a plumber.
