I bought my boiler and plumbed my house through Werner's years ago and always bought my parts to service my boiler and plumbing over the years and when I went in today February 2nd with no heat they turned me away and refused me service. The manager was condescending and rude about it with an infuriating smile as he told me to pack sand and go to Ace hardware. I will never use Werner's/Moore mechanical again.
