Big thanks to Bob Bateman and Werner Plumbing for replacing our broken hot water heater today. I didn't catch the name of the other young man on the job, but he and Bob got it done in record time, without any issues. Kudos to Werner for moving us to the top of the list as an emergency. Moore/ Werner heating tech came out and diagnosed our furnace as dead. They helped us choose a new furnace for our home, and installed it when it arrived. The techs were fast, friendly, and answered all our questions. Werner/ Moore from the techs, sales, and office staff thank you very much.
