This was our third experience with Werner Plumbing and Heating and I must say it was another excellent experience. We had our cabin re-plumbed and Robert along with Daniel performed the work. They were the A team! Diligent, hardworking, professional, and pleasant to work with. Again, Werner knows how to employ the right people to represent their company well. Advertises hearth products called they do not carry any so they need to change the website!!! Also from other people I'm told they're very expensive for what they do.
I gave a reduced rating for this experience. The product is great. The installation seems very good as well. The personnel were friendly and courteous. However, I have a real problem with the trash and debris left behind. (I have photos). The first question is, would this material have been left in a customer's utility room?? Granted, the work area (crawl space) is not good, but it is not poor. It is dry and without spiders. Why couldn't this material be passed to the opening and removed?
