PSA: Do not buy a used car from Werner Mazda in Manchester. NH. They are lying crooks. Whatever a "Certified" used car is...it doesn't mean what they say it does. When you are told by the salesman that the car has new brakes. Don't believe him. New Tires...yeah...but only two...not all 4. New Serpentine belt...I sincerely doubt it because it had to be replaced. I only put 17,000 miles on a car that was supposed to have new brakes, new tires and was "CERTIFIED." Great Family, Trustworthy People, If i was in the Upper North East this is were i would buy my cars!
They mislead me on the service and tire packages they lie to you to sucker you in they verbally say things that sounds great but when you sign the contract it's entirely different now I'm stuck with a car that wears tires out unevenly on the inner part of the tire in the rear thinking on reporting them to the better business bureau I just don't get it how come the front tire wear evenly but the rear don't if it was the front out of alignment I would believe it but the rears come on car has 14000 miles on it
Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. So happy I'm done with this dealership. Crooks, liars and slime balls at Werner. Worst experience of my life. I'll go out of my way to tell people to avoid this place
