Made an appointment as a new patient for February 15 2024. Called the day of my appointment that I was running a little late. My info was verified but was told to get there asap. I get there. Waited 30 or so minutes and was told they’re not taking new patients since the beginning of the year. I said why did you guys book me an appointment knowing that I was a new patient, and why couldn’t you guys tell me this over the phone when I called that Morning.
I recently scheduled an appointment with Dr. Edith Gonzalez. I am accustomed that when I call other doctors offices I receive poor service. That is not the case with this office. Laura the nurse at the front desk was so pleasant, professional and attentive. I had not experienced that in such a long time at a doctors office. Dr. Gonzalez is a great doctor she took the time to answer all my questions and did a thorough physical. Overall this office has an amazing staff. I totally recommend Werner Gonzalez family Practice.
She is a wonderful, kind, and caring person. Everything you would wish for in a doctor.
