Horrible company. Money grubbing development company putting up ugly housing all over the place. Their designs are terrible and cheaply made. They pack as much onto a lot as legal then ask to pack more in with waivers. They show up to city meetings with lawyers and jam the projects through regardless of impact to the community. Just the worst.
