I've never had a tow truck company come as quickly as Werks did today! On a Friday afternoon at that. Craig was the driver and he was amazing!! The guy who answered the phone was amazing as well. All around the best experience I've had with a tow truck company and being a Ford owner I've had my fair share of tows. Highly recommend!!!

On a motorcycle trip from the East Coast to the Midwest and back. Found a gash in my tire. Called my insurance company and they sent Craig with a flatbed. He came prepared with the equipment and knowledge to strap my bike to the flatbed. Very personable individual who honored my OCD tendencies with complete courtesy. Had a great conversation in the truck as he drove to and dropped me off at the nearest dealership.
