5 Star : My Experience Werkheiser was wonderful! Chris and Keith are very attentive to any concerns. I had the unfortunate experience of being rear ended. The repair costs were quite significant. But Werkheiser made sure everything was "done right". They had to deal with the insurance company which, of course, wanted to do repairs cheap. Also my ski rack that's on the roof of my car is now loose but wasn't when I dropped the car off. 5 Star : Customer Service Very attentive. Responsive.
