I understand desperate times call for desperate measures, but I’d stay far far away from any weRENTcentralmass apartments. Their maintenance man is a joke, who won’t fix anything. Their property managers aren’t qualified to have a conversation let alone manage anything. Imagine reporting that people who reek of urine, feces and depression continuously were breaking into the building leaving dirty needles and vomit outside your door, and your property manager doing nothing about that.
