During hurricane Sandy, a huge oak tree severely damaged my new fiberglass pool. Mark at We're Your Pool service was the only pool builder willing to help me for a reasonable price. I called several companies before finding Mark,. They all tried to price gouge me, saying I needed to put in an entirely new pool, (including my original pool builder) which insurance deemed unnecessary. I'm so thankful for Mark's help. marc and his team installed our pool many years ago. he and his company have been servicing it ever since. during the season he comes within 24 hours so we don't miss a pool day. everyone in his company has been very friendly and efficient. i would highly recommend them.
I have been using mark and his team for many years and have never had an issue. he is always responsive to calls and whatever is required to be fixed is done right the first time. opening and closing appointments were always on time and no issues at all.
I have been using Marc and his team for 6 years. He is very knowledgeable about hi tech pool equipment and water chemistry. He has diagnosed my issues by listening to my machines over my cell phone! He has fixed all my problems quickly and correclty. Both his field and office workers are friendly and efficient. They have a 100% track record with being on time with my openings and closings. I am very happy with the service they provide and highly reccommend We're Your Pool Service Company.
We're Your Pool Service Company has been servicing our pool for five years. Their work has been exemplary, including openings, closings, repairs, weekly cleaning and chemistry adjustments. In addition, Marc oversaw a major renovation, resurfacing and tiling. Marc's office manager, Carey, returns phone calls and is responsible for scheduling and follow-ups. After years of hiring and firing pool companies, I could not be more pleased with Marc and his crew; highly recommended.
We've been working with this company for over 20 years without a problem. They have a pleasant office staff, they return phone calls, and they keep appointments. Their prices are competitive. Having seen other pools supposedly maintained by other firms I respect & appreciate Marc's service that much more!
*** DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! *** The Owner Mark has no Idea how to treat people.. by far the worst service in the world.. you will be very sorry if you hire them.
Worst experience ever. They guy told me about $300, and handed me a bill for $1,200 to simply install a $100 automatic chlorinator. He is a slob, possibly drunk. None of his workers spoke a word of English. He never opened the pool, I had to do that myself. He never got the water clean, and essentially walked off the job. It took him an extra three weeks of phone calls to get him to come back and fix all the leaks he caused.
