My project started out as a deck resurfacing and became a deck removal, foundation repair and the installation of a deck and pergola. Committed Contracting was with me every step of the way and provided solutions to the issues as they arose. They pointed out issues that were uncovered with the deck demo which could have been covered up and not mentioned by another company as it didn't apply to the original scope. Luke, our sales representative, was very patient and prompt with replying to our questions regarding our deck. The carpenters, Wes and Pam, were hardworking, highly skilled and meticulous in their attention to detail. From the beginning to end it was a positive experience. We were very satisfied with the roof replacement Committed Contracting did for us some years ago, so I called them when we saw a leak in one of our skylights. Julie Metzger explained that skylights usually start to fail long before ours did at 33 years old. We were leaving for vacation in a few days. We were thrilled that they made our project a priority so the skylight replacement was completed before we left town. They care about their customers.
