Luke, our sales representative, was very patient and prompt with replying to our questions regarding our deck. The carpenters, Wes and Pam, were hardworking, highly skilled and meticulous in their attention to detail. From the beginning to end it was a positive experience. I have no hesitation in recommending Committed Contracting.
My husband, Joe, and I needed a new deck. We googled deck contractors and Luke from Committed Contracting responded to our request. We were very satisfied with the roof replacement Committed Contracting did for us some years ago, so I called them when we saw a leak in one of our skylights. Julie Metzger explained that skylights usually start to fail long before ours did at 33 years old. We were leaving for vacation in a few days. We were thrilled that they made our project a priority so the skylight replacement was completed before we left town. They care about their customers.
It started off as some siding and gutter repair but found some water damage in the joists that needed to be repaired. They explained and showed what they found all made sense and they corrected the issue. Great communication and easy to work with at a reasonable price.
