I didn't end up hiring Jason as I didn't realize inspectors charged so much and it's not just him. He was so nice,got back to me right away and I would highly recommend going with him.
He said something was wrong with the furnace the previous owners had it services nothing wrong. I called him after we moved in on moisture issues he blamed our family when there was evidence on the window before we moved in. I also mentioned to him we found mold the day we moved in a huge spot in the basement he never acknowledged that. Had we known on any of those issues we would have never bought it and our mortgage company would never approved it either. I would never recommend Werder
