As president of the board of a small (29-unit) boutique condominium in Washington DC, the idea of changing out the old broadloom hallway carpet with carpet tiles in an eight-story building was a daunting task. We didn't want new carpet for our brand new house, but our dog managed to lock himself into one of the bedrooms, and in his angst, managed to not just rip the carpet up but to also remove a chunk of it. Options were patching (cutting a patch from closet) or new carpet-- we opted for new. Werco was prompt, efficient and well priced. Took them about a week to get the carpet on hand, and then they arrived at EXACTLY the time they said they would to do it. Very disappointed that the tile edges don’t meet evenly. I would not recommend them for tile work.
