She wanted to take my thyorids out just to medcated them betrer. I told her no that she had to do that anyways.
So far very difficult getting from doctor referral to appt.
Excellent Endocrinologist. She zeroed in on a few issues I was having that other Endocrinologists missed since being diagnosed with hypothyroidism in 1993. I was ready to throw my hands up in defeat after having 7-8 Dr.'s until I ran across a Thyroid site that her name was mentioned in. Not only were my levels wrong all these years but the dose of Levythoroxine was too high. Also my Vitamin D levels were extremely low. I can't thank Dr. Werbel enough for getting my inner being back on track.
