I came to know Kyle and the Wenzel Plumbing Team through Fulsaas Exteriors, which was our chosen Contractor for a large (2200 SF) garage addition. Their work on the project was extensive including routing sewer and water from our existing home to the new addition, installing a boiler, in floor heat, plumbing a wash bay with floor drains, a kitchen and wet bar, as well as a ¾ bath. Alex (and Chris) have been incredible to work with. We bought a home in 2023 and discovered it had ongoing water intrusion issues. Wenzel moved my plumbing, came to our home on many occasions along the way of renovating our lower level, just to connect a faucet or replace a toilet. They are upfront about pricing (worth every dime) so you can have peace of mind your plumbing is secure, correct, and safe! Thank you doesn’t cut it, they are amazing!

Have had numerous problems after buying a new construction townhome. the weekend we moved in, we had no hot water (0 degrees outside). Attempted to call emergency line, no one answered until monday morning after numerous calls. Turns out that the coils were fried due to not enough water in the tank (possibly that an apprentice was unsupervised when electrical was turned back on).
