Went in for high arches to get fitted for custom insoles. When I asked about price they quoted around $600-$800. I was first told that this would be covered by insurance and I asked how long these should last for and they said "like 8-10 years", the lady fitting me told me that her insoles were at the 12 year mark, wow! Color me shocked when my insurance did not cover it, they failed to let me know and I was charged $800. I honestly wasn't too upset because $800 for something that lasts 10 years? Dr Wenzel did a great job on my toe. Its not really difficult to get an appointment.
The first insoles I got were not right. When I took them back, I had to wait six months to get them fixed. Then charge me for a visit so that she could verify that the ones she sold me were wrong. Then lied to me about how she would make it up to me.
