606 Wall Street Senior Apartments, Apt 584, Wentzville, Missouri 63385. Apartment managers are Wingate. I move into this apartment May 2025 and moved out May 2025 because a Sewer Gas problem Vaping out of the drain in the laundry room. Drain Flies in the bedroom, laundry room and bathroom. I requested to the manager Debra to replace the Rusted Drain cover. She told me I had to live with it. Everything else asked for which were little things it was a no. Great place to live. Nice building that is easy to get get too. The location is ideal for for anyone wanting in town living. Close to fast food restaurants as well as grocery stores. The apartments are not that new however are in nice shape. This is certainly a place you should check out when looking for an apartment for your older family members. I would certainly recommend.
