On 7th September I went there after my daughter fell and hit her head. The receptionists, another nurse, and the urgent care doctor were all polite, professional, and friendly. Unfortunately, there was one nurse whose attitude was the complete opposite. She appeared visibly uninterested in her job and unwilling to engage with us. Beautiful service. The doctor is very helpful and discuss all the suspected issues. He is very helpful and professional.
Wait time was expected, but I believe still less than if I were to go to the hospital. Everyone was professional and lovely. Doctor was clear with the diagnosis and instructions for after. I’ll go back there before the hospital should something ever happen again.
