My dad has advanced dementia and it’s difficult for him to follow the instructions for an x-ray. Most x-ray staff are not able to handle patients who can’t follow instructions but Diya was compassionate and came up with different ways to help him get a clear x-ray. Thank you Diya and I hope more staff can be trained to assist others who are mentally or physically challenged in these situations.
I have had great experiences at this clinic recently. The staff are all wonderful. Helpful, patient and professional. Thanks to all who work there!!!
I had a very disappointing experience with this ultrasound clinic due to extremely poor customer service. I called to politely request the website address where I could check my results. I explained that I was driving and asked as a favor since the clinic would be closing at 4:30 PM. Instead of being understanding, the staff member responded rudely, saying “Why can’t you write it down?”—which felt unnecessary and unprofessional.
