I just booked an appointment and already regret it. The staff member I spoke with on the phone was impatient and came across as rude. She spoke quickly, and because I misunderstood part of what she said, she seemed annoyed and responded sharply. The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and hesitant about going in. I really think staff at medical clinics would benefit from additional training in patient communication to ensure people feel treated with respect and professionalism.

I would like to sincerely thank the staff for their professionalism and exceptional care. In particular, the bone density technologist was absolutely amazing—kind, attentive, and highly professional. As a physician myself, I truly understand how much effort, patience, and skill it takes to provide high-quality patient care, and this experience stood out. Very disappointing experience . We had an important and time-sensitive ultrasound appointment for my wife. We left our home during very bad weather and a storm, and just minutes before arriving we were informed that the appointment was cancelled. At the very least, we should have been notified at least one hour in advance. If patients cancel late, they are penalized, yet the clinic cancelled on extremely short notice with no consideration.
