Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. The receptionist was extremely rude and did not listen at all. After making us wait for a long time, they asked us to change clothes, and only after that told us the X-ray machine was not working. This should have been communicated before making patients wait and change. When I politely asked for a phone number so I could call ahead next time to make sure the machine is working, she completely ignored me. Absolutely the worst experience ever. Easy to walk in for x ray but what is the point when their machines keep braking down & all staff are soo rudee and disrespectful. Not helpful at all. I tried asking them to stop responding so rudely at front desk she then threw my papers in my face ran out the office behind me and shouted that I should be ashamed of myself...? All while I was calm and she was the one having a breakdown!
I had ultrasound appointments with Syeda she was wonderful. She explained everything as she did them. She was not only kind and caring but very gentle. Thank you Syeda.
I came to this location as I am a local and was blown away how amazing everyone was and very accommodating. However, I just tried to make an appointment and the receptionist was terrible rude and even hung up on me.
