The last review about a new female dentist is Dr Coleen..She is the most unprofessional, un-knowledgeable dentist I had ever gone to. I have never heard so many "I don't knows" and "I am not sure" from a health care provider in my life. It seems that she is having troubles as I called the hospital to submit my complaint and tried to do it anonymously for fear of retaliation, and my fears were founded as I was kicked out of the practice for voicing my concerns about her not knowing what to do. They have a new female dentist who loves to whip right through your procedure. She swabbed my gums with the numbing paste(whatever it's called) and I kid you not 30 seconds later she came at me with the needle. I felt the needle, shifting in my seat and cried out in pain. I wanted to punch her. She stormed off annoyed with me then came back a few minutes later to give me more of the needle. SO RUDE. I reported this the next day, thinking they cared. I went to them and paid fro immediate dentures. they pulled all my teeth and told me after 4- 6 months to come back for impressions after my gums had healed and so I just called to set that appointment for my dentures and they said ohh to much time has lapsed since your last appointment we have to do a consult and see how much more money you owe when I PAID in full already...they suck!!!!!!

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes! They went above and beyond to make me feel special and respected Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes
