BEDBUGS. COCKROACHES. Homestead does not care about you or your quality of life all they care about is your money. I haven't been able to use my balcony for 6 years because of pigeons and they will not allow me to put anything up to dissuade them or do anything themselves. The only thing they did is send one of their employees to clean the poop withouy any ppe and the employee didn't even know it could make him sick. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP!!!! COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE
Do not move here. Cockroaches in my unit since April 2023. No end in sight. Staff are unresponsive, do not care about tenants, and will say anything just to get rid of you. Move in at yur own risk October 🦒2023.
