Wrongfully towed my car with a 286.37 fee, my license plate and parking pass are registered with front office. Front office didn’t bother to contact me, just towed it. Never consider living here.
This place is terrible. The quality of the apartments is awful - appliances break often, electrical is shoddy, floors are uneven, walls are thin. But the most concerning thing is that they care more about if you have a parking permit than they do about if people get shot. Which happens more than you'd like to think. Seriously. Don't live here.
Quality of the apartments are poor. Walls paper thin you can hear your neighbor using their bathroom. Floors are squeeky so you hear every step the person above you takes. Garage was full of mice that destroyed personal belongings in less than a months time. Have had to contact management at least nine times in the last four times regarding issues within the apartment. Heavy sewer smell in bathroom. Can only have directv service & not a choice of Comcast or Dish. Extremely rude office staff. Luxury apartments these are NOT.
This place is trash!! They put a countertop in and force the elderly to move out!! Management sucks! Valerie is wack! Maxx Properties are slum lords.....
I love living here the only thing that is bad is people who like to open the Cars still stuff
