Perfect, private patios and convenient location. Wentworth apartments are tucked off the 696 service drive on a nature-rich street full of mature trees. Squirrels are happily roaming grounds and neighbors walk their pooches through the quiet areas. The patios offer extra space to enjoy the outdoors with some privacy. Tammy and Anton are great and always willing to help. Thankful I found this Roseville gem
A safe place with great neighbors. The tenants are amazing. It is quiet. Close to a great park and school. However, 6years, Never felt like home. The Leasing agent, Tammy, cannot separate her personal hatred for certain tenants from her necessity to do her job. The maintenance man is responsible for EVERYTHING. She won't even get up to distribute tenant communication. I was given zero notice of my lease ending, zero options for renewal, zero communication. Tammy the (Property Manager) and Anton the (Maintenace Manager) do a phenomenal job keeping the property clean, organized, and accommodate the tenant's needs and concerns! I also got to chat with Tara in (Corporate) who was also extremely helpful addressing questions concerns to make things easier for your living at Wentworth Apartments! All my issues were always resolved in a fast, prompt and timely manner by Tammy and Anton! I have lived here 4 years in total (2 years out for one year then another 2 years) and i have not had any bad experiences with staff or the homes. Anton (the maintenance man) is an absolute hero and has made quick and speedy repairs on my unit in a moments notice. He even took care of my heater going out at 8am on a Saturday (a non-scheduled day for him) Tammy has been amazing when i have had to talk with her and always been super helpful. Live here if you want a nice quiet place to make a home.
Wentworth is a beautiful place to live and the property manager Tammy is such a sweetheart very patient and kind.
