The hygienist Riley King was excellent! She was thorough, offered full explanations for procedures & was friendly yet professional.
I had to read through the other reviews and make sure I wasn’t the only one getting consistently rescheduled. And having seen a few people talking about it now, I’m frustrated that I didn’t vet this place a little better. My first attempt at visiting this place was in early August. I have been a regular visitor for quite some time and previously had positive experiences. However, my recent interaction with the office coordinator suggests that something has significantly changed in the atmosphere. The staff now appear unfriendly, unwelcoming, and at times even aggressive. Unfortunately, this has discouraged me from continuing to visit, which I find very disappointing.
