Dr Zhang was unaware that I requested a refill on my Hydroxyurea. Publix successfully faxed a request 3 times and I called FCS 2 times telling who answered the phone I needed a refill. I never received a call back from anyone. So I went 2 months without my medication thinking perhaps I no longer needed it. On my next appointment my bloodwork was through the roof as well as my blood pressure. I was having several issues with inflammation and pain the 2 months I had no medication. Everyone in office were very courteous and professional! They took time with me and answered all my questions?
I was referred to Dr. Zhang by my primary doctor. Arriving at the facility, my heart was racing and I was nervous. The medical assistant was quick and personable. People usually have trouble taking my blood, but he had no problem whatsoever. I waited for about 10 minutes, and then was joined by Dr. Zhang. It took me a moment to acclimate to his accent, but he was kind, with a reassuring smile and he spoke carefully, so as to be understood.
