Dr Loo and her staff are very thorough, friendly and professional. Super clean dental suite in a beautiful building close to Union Square. Easy to access via public transportation.
Dr. Kim was great- she took time to explain everything. I felt very comfortable with her and would recommend!!
Dr Kim was the most horrible dentist I’ve ever seen in my life. She totally ruined my tooth. I made an appointment with Dr Loo and ended up seeing Dr Kim..I simply asked her to check ons of my fillings; without much check, she started grinding my tooth. I then suffered severe sensitivity on that tooth, I can’t even bite since she grind too much. Later I had to place a crown on that tooth. Dr Kim is the worst, avoid her avoid this place.
