I did not have a positive experience at Dr. Wenicur's office and did not feel like a valued patient. I was left in the dark regarding my follow up treatment I had for an infection. I was extremely disappointed as I had left several messages and no one responded back to me. It took 6 days for someone to return my calls. I have been a loyal patient for many years but will now be going elsewhere due to a lack in quality care I received by the doctor and her staff.
An old filling from my childhood cracked and broke one of my molars. Dr. Wenicur's office fit me in to their full schedule, and put a crown on it the next day. They were wonderful.
I will not go back. I was treated about 6 times by Dr Wenicur. She performed a root canal and put a crown on a tooth which then developed an infection which she treated with antibiotics. After 6 months she admitted she must have missed something and scheduled a re-do which she said would be at no cost to me. She drilled through the new crown, re-did it and tried to charge me over $1000 for fixing her mistake. She is not to be trusted.
I've had three teeth capped by Dr. Wenicur over several years. Dr. Wenicur makes the dental crowns in her office which only takes about three hours. The crowns were perfectly fitted on my teeth and I'm extremely happy with the results and the profession treatment by Dr. Wenicur. I also get regular dental cleaning by Dr. Wenicur's highly educated dental hygienist who provided skillful but gentle services.
Going to her office was easy to find the front office was nice and clean, the decor was ok. The most impressive part was that the Office Manager was really knowledgeable of my Dental Insurance plan and gave me a copayment for my services . The Dental hygienist was fabulous Elisa . The Doctor was nice . The lady that makes appointments was friendly but seemed new to the practice.
