Called them 3 years ago for an estimate. Called and left a message 3 years ago. Talked to a worker last summer who took measurements and promised an estimate. So far nothing. Apparently since Bud passed away, if you dont have the right contacts, or name, or whatever their criteria is, you don't exist. This is far beneath the quality that Bud Wengerd built into his company.
My elderly parents purchased a metal roof from this company. It was suppose to have a 40 year warranty. Well it's rusting all over. I have been trying for 3 years now to get them to hold up their work to no avail. Do not buy from here. I have spoken with both owners the last 3 years they keep saying they will come look at it and never show up. Stay far away from this company. I will be filing with BBB And everywhere I can. What a rip off company. You should be ashamed of yourselves!
