Small classes and the use of many helpful props will allow all postures to be accessible to everyone. I am dedicated to bringing movement with ease and all the benefits of a regular self care practice to my students. I am grateful to be able to bring my real life experiences and knowledge to you in class. There is a movement practice for everyone, breath is your guide. Don't be nervous, come out and give it a try.

Wendy is incredible. I learned so much about my own body in her class and she was able to address my long standing issues with my Achilles. She was patient and helped me to address preparing my body and its recovery for my very active lifestyle. She takes the time to explain the "why" your body responds the way it does and what we need to do to heal ourselves. Wendy is your yoga and mobility guru.
Wendy's classes will change your life. If you have aches and pains, her classes dedicated to stretching and strengthening will help. After suffering for years with sciatica, her therapeutic movements have helped me so much. Wendy's care and attention to healing and her wonderful sense of humour make the classes so much fun!
I have been going to Wendy’s for over 14 years. Her classes are a unique combination of yoga and other small movements that help heal the body’s aches and pains. She has taught me so much about the mechanics of my body and her classes are a great addition to all my other therapies . Not only is she kind and caring, she is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend going to her.
I had private sessions with Wendy because I was not comfortable joining a class. I was doubtful of my abilities to bend and move. Wendy was very patient with me and made me feel comfortable right at the get go. I highly recommend Wendy for anyone who has never done yoga and is afraid to take the leap.
I was recovering from a hip replacement surgery, while working my way through back, neck and shoulder problems. Physio was not helping me much, and big gyms could not accommodate my restrictions. The sessions with Wendy were perfectly suited to my needs. It's movement, strength, and conditioning; modified to work within your limits. Small group settings, or private sessions if you prefer. I definitely recommend!!
