Absolutely horrible experience. First and last time ever coming here. This place is unprofessional, unsanitary, and honestly should be inspected. I went in on Friday, 6/26/26, for a pedicure and was serviced by Jin. All she did was remove my regular nail polish and falsely claimed she removed my ingrown nails—which she absolutely did not. I had to stop the service midway because I genuinely did not feel comfortable or safe letting her continue. It was obvious she had no idea what she was doing. 0 stars don’t go here!!!!!! I was at UPS store - next door dropping off a package. I just needed nail polish removed. I walked in, the facility is dirty, dark. Nobody acknowledged me. I asked out loud to the 3 workers who did not welcome me in , “do you remove nail polish?”. Finally a lady still sitting said, yes- but we are busy come back later. Seriously? A walk in nail polish removal ? Will N E V E R R E T U R N. H E R E!!!!!
had a wonderful experience at Wendy’s Nails & Spa. I got a white French tip and it looks very clean, beautiful, and natural. The salon has been here for many years, and the service feels experienced and professional. I especially recommend Rosie — she is very detailed and did an amazing job. Highly recommended!
Rosie is doing my mani and pedi and she’s great! I highly recommend her! Going there for 6 years.
