I was given a $100 gift certificate for Valentine’s Day. Unfortunately, I had to have emergency foot surgery and wasn’t able to use the gift certificate within 90 days. I called and politely asked if I was still able to use it given the circumstances and the rude lady on the phone said “Not my problem.” Extremely rude and unprofessional. I literally feel bad to anyone that deals with this place and the vile woman who owns it.
I recently moved to the area from Seattle went to the neighborhood salon and had just poor experience. I shared my feelings with some new friends and one told me I need to go to Wendy’s Nails off 16th street
RecommendedThis is my favorite nail salon by far. Wendy and her technicians, who are mostly family, welcome me and we laugh from start to finish. I cannot recommend them enough.
Had a great time! I don’t do nails very often but my wife usually drags me here and I feel fantastic when I leave!
It is simply the worst nails salon that I have been to. Ladies are extremely rude and rough. Not to mention the service is horrible. Don't trust anything they say about the massage minutes. It is a scam.
Told me the wait was 10 minutes, ahem. Manicurist basically slapped my hands in the direction of the fans placed on either side rather than ask me to put in front of fan to dry after each coat. Told me that I put my hand in towel upset because she had to redo one nail even though she wasn't being conscious of where SHE placed my hand knowing I had a hand brace and asked what was wrong with my arm. Didn't massage, just slathered lotion on, charged $40 for a basic mani-pedi and when I asked for change for a $20 gave me 2 fives... read more
I LOVE Wendy's Nails. I've been coming here for over a year now and I bring friends with me each time (who always end up coming back on their own). The staff are always wonderful and friendly, it's a comfortable store with great massage chairs, and they are SO skilled at designs for my toes!! Especially Anne.. She's amazing!
I love this place! Quick, clean and good quality nail care.
