I made an appointment on line after checking there website. Price said $20 for 30 minutes foot massage. When I get there they point to price list that is not the same. The 2 women there didn’t appear to speak much English. I showed them my phone that confirmed my appointment for $20, a 30 minute foot massage. THEY DIDN’T HONOR IT!!! Called for a walk in appointment at 6:45pm on friday for a foot and reflexology and told her i can be there in 20min. I got off the freeway at 702pm and I get a call telling me to change it to 8pm instead and toks her now i had just got off the 10fwy and about to make a left into the parking lot. She said sorry 8 ok. I asked if she expected for me to sit for an hour after she said it was ok and she said YES!!! I live in La Verne and USE to like this place. Came her multiple times but NO more. That was NOT ok
I have been to Wendy's Massage before & my experience has been great thus far. I will continue to come and recommend this place. I have had the combo (foot & body) but my favorite has been the full body massage with the hot stones.
