This company has the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I placed an order in March for two custom Roman shades. When the shades finally came in June I called three numbers and left three voicemails in an attempt to get in touch with a Linda Fennel. When I finally got in touch with her she satiated my order did not exist but knew my name and address that she came to for measurements for my blinds.
