We ordered last night and all of our drinks were the wrong sizes. We ordered one medium and two large combos and were given all small fries. The nuggets were dry and hard. Very disappointing as we typically love Wendy's

Don't go to this Wendy's if you are white and don't have a mask. as we are standing inside to order, the employee with no mask, assuming she was the manager since she was yelling at the other employees, said we have to have a mask on. so we ask her why the lady next to us, not white no mask, didn't have to have one but we did. They have lost my business.

Don’t sweep when people are eating. I couldn’t finish my food because she was putting bleach on the tables . I’m allergic to bleach.
My daughter and I went into the restaurant after shopping. Plenty of people working, but no one on front counter. Everyone going on about there merry way just allowing myself and another wait no questions no greeting, etc.I asked, “who’s working.”The little lady in the lobby said she was told to clean. Food was cold. Soda was flat. No ice . Had to stand in line to get ice. I use to love Wendy's but it has went downhill in last few visits. Doubt I will go back. Plus too expensive for lousy food.
Last night, I ordered Baconator fries with my dinner from Wendy's on Southpark Blvd across from Walmart. My boyfriend went to the counter to pick up the order and was presented with two slices of bacon resting over fries and cheese. He asked, "Isn't it supposed to be pieces of bacon?" The host (as Wendy's calls them) says, "We don't have any crushed bacon." The fries were great today but I was really disappointed when I opened my Asiago Ranch Chicken sandwich and discovered it was actually a spicy chicken with ketchup only. I am sure someone else was equally disappointed to find my sandwich in their bag. Guess I should have checked it before I drove 20 mins home. �
